Visits at the facility are free but are limited to two 30 minute visits per day and a maximum of two per week. Remote video visitation is 29 cents/minute, $8.70/30 minutes. You will only have the remaining time left in the scheduled visit. There will not be any credit/refund given back on time should you as the visitor log in too early. You may have to log out and wait for your inmate visitor to log back in first. 
If you log into the visit before the inmate, the visit will not connect until the inmate initiates the visit.
The inmate you are visiting must start the visit and can log in two minutes before the scheduled visit. Visitors to the lobby must check in with staff at least 15 minutes before the scheduled visit and are limited to two visitors total including children. Free visits are only held at the visitation lobby at the Justice Center in Castle Rock and are limited to a maximum of 1 hour per day (2, 30-minute visits) and no more than twice per week. There will not be any visits scheduled during meals or headcounts. All visits are subject to change for safety and security reasons. If you’re late, you will only be able to talk during the time left. Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Visits start promptly at the scheduled time. For security purposes, staff will not release any scheduled visit or visitor information. Other requirements: The current version of Adobe Flash. Use a computer or smart device with a camera, microphone, and speakers. (Video visits are not offered at the sheriff’s substation in Highlands Ranch.) Schedule a video visit at the jail.
